We have had VA's in the past and unfortunately it didn't work out. But after speaking to Michael and Deniz we figured why not give it one final crack...so we engaged Teams By Design and Michael let us borrow the amazing Ynna whilst the rest of the TBD team found the perfect fit for us. 3 years ago I was fortunate to meet Michael who had successfully ran a Real Estate Agency using the support of VA's that he had trained himself. What felt like a scary jump into the unknown, we took the leap of faith and jumped in with our all and have not looked back. There is a large amount of administration that comes with Real Estate, so easing this role off the team meant that my Property Managers could do what they do best which was management of clients and properties.
